i have many who feel the impacts of the law and the changing of legislation it's difficult to figure out what's the right pathway to take. i want to thank the supervisor for bringing this forward. one of the things i feel strongly about it making sure that city college is really relevant to our diverse businesses in san francisco. and i think based on the numbers that have been shown by advocates from the accountability it looks like despite the great work and effort we still have an achievement gap that exists for diverse group in san francisco. i think it's important that we emphasis where it needs to be focused on infect and making sure our diverse groups can have a better opportunity at city college. i want to propose to the resolution and it's just adding a whereas clause on page 2 line 6 and i have copies i can share with members of the committee. the first one is as well as the 2012 report for reporting for community colleges aa cc menace the city gap with significantly fewer african-american and pacific islanders transferring to four-year colleges and that would be the wherea
